Different venues. Same confidence.
From the first idea through to show day, Production By Design brings the people, equipment and technical details together so your event feels consistent, considered and under control.
Grow your event, not the workload.
As events grow, so do the moving parts.
More presenters. More suppliers. More content. More technical requirements. More people asking you questions.
Production By Design can step in as your production partner — coordinating the technical, logistical and supplier details so you can stay focused on your audience, your team and the reason the event exists.
As much support as you need.
Some clients bring us in at the beginning and ask us to manage the complete production.
Others already have the event planned and simply need the right equipment, operators and technical support to deliver it.
Both are completely normal.
We can take responsibility for the whole production or integrate into the team you already have.
Production Management
One production partner. One clear point of responsibility.
Venues manage venues. AV suppliers manage equipment. Presenters manage presentations. Creatives manage content.
Someone still needs to make sure all of those pieces work together.
Production By Design can sit across the entire production — coordinating suppliers, venues, schedules, budgets, presenters, content and technical teams so nothing important falls between the gaps.
You stay across the decisions that matter. We take ownership of making them happen.
Production Design
Start with the experience, then design the technology around it.
Before choosing equipment, we look at what the event is trying to achieve.
That might mean stage and screen design, audio, lighting, cameras, content workflows, broadcast, scenic elements or something entirely different.
We combine our own equipment and resources with specialist suppliers where required, creating the production around the event rather than forcing the event into a predetermined package.
Show Delivery
The planning only matters if the show works.
Our onsite team brings the production to life — with experienced audio, lighting and vision operators, production managers, stage managers, content operators and technical crew.
We also manage the details that often create unnecessary stress on show day: presentation files, playback systems, last-minute changes, presenter requirements and communication between suppliers.
The result is a production that feels organised backstage and effortless from the audience.
Equipment & Crew
Need the production supplied? We do that too.
Audio, vision, lighting, staging, cameras, playback, streaming and experienced technical crew.
For many events, the brief is simple: you already know what you're doing and need a reliable production supplier to provide the right equipment and people.
We can supply complete technical packages or work alongside your venue and existing suppliers.
Broadcast & Streaming
Your audience doesn't have to stop at the room.
Multi-camera streaming, recording, hybrid events, remote presenters and multi-site connectivity can all be integrated into the same production workflow.
